SVCC Youth Ministry seeks to create a loving, worshipful and honest environment in which young people can find nurture, acceptance and friendship. Our goal is to help them know God and live out His purpose for their life. Below is a list of things we eagerly strive to achieve in our ministry. They are our heart-Cry and passion.

°         Imparting to our youth the knowledge of God’s word

°         Helping youth integrate their faith into everyday life

°         Developing a Biblical worldview

°         Helping each youth discover their identity in Christ and live it daily

°         Inspiring a passion for God and His work both locally and globally

°         Building Christian character

°         Teaching our youth how to deal with life, sin and temptations 

     We hope you can join us sometime. We would love for you to meet our leaders, discover the awesome power of Jesus, and have some fun together.

Thursday Night Youth is a mixture of fun, awesome worship and relevant messages. It's a time to for students to let their guards down and become one with the moment. The focus of all our efforts is to help young people relax in God's presense and find the freedom to reach out and encounter God for Who He is. That happens every Thursday as High School and Junior High students converge. It's magic.

 

I personally invite you to join us on Thursday Nights and be REVIVED. I think you'll leave feeling more alive than when you came. Jesus has something in store for you and we invite you in. We meet at the Weise House, located at Roman Oaks Park in the Estates. See you there.
